Provides restricted access for adoptable inspection chambers
Meets the requriements of Sewers for Adoption 7 (SfA7)
Should be fitted to all PPIC chambers exceeding 1.2m deep.
Unique clip allows ring to snap into the frame
4no screws for permanent fixing
