Courier had the wrong address given to them from supplier, and delivered to incorrect address. blocking owners access to property! Leaving me to defuse an angry women and also had to find a way to transport 6 meter pipes to my house, only contact i recieved was an email to call them. When I spoke to them I was told the address they were delivered to and advised the lady wasn't very happy! Not a service you'd expect this day and age! Product : Good quality product. thanks again |

I bought Twinwall pipe and soakaway crates. The price was good and delivery rapid. One of the crates was broken on one corner but not noticed until moved from the point of immediate delivery. They are not yet installed but I expect they will perform adequately despite the minor damage. |

Occasionally our couriers do have accidents resulting in minor damage if noted at delivery time this is easily resolved, sorry it was post-delivery before you noticed on this occasion but like you say minor damage to a storm...
