We agree! Feefo have come back to me and state they have an issue. If someone declines to comment on product, it automatically gives a negative review. They are working on getting this fixed. Thank you for time on the phone last week to highlight this problem for us and thank you for your continued business. |

Excellent After Sales service. Would not hesitate to use BP plastics again. The web feedback form: for items marked as excellent the form should accept blank entry into the text box. Expecting a 21 characters entries for all items irrespective of the star rating , almost deterred me from completing the feedback. I imagine several customers abandon this exercise due to this reason. Products - Good, except for: Good quality on all except for the 320mm round frame and cover which does not make a water tight seal with the chamber. I've retained product as my application does not require water tight fit Also for the the square cover, I'm uncertain if a ring (seal should have been provided) I've retained product as my application does not require water tight fit. Product : there was only one plastic end cap supplied. Usually other suppliers provide 2. |

Products good and well priced but damaged whilst in transit so a second delivery needed |
Thanks for your Good feedback on quality and price. Sometimes our couriers do have accidents in transit, we always try to resolve this quickly and dispatch replacements for next day delivery. |

This is perhaps the worst online company that I have ever dealt with. Their approach to customer service is unbelievable and would never buy from them again. Firstly they failed to deliver the products inline with their stated delivery time and one of the components was damaged. The amount of hassle I had in getting a replacement/refund was not acceptable. I would never purchase again from this company or recommend them to anyone. I suggest that their sales staff attend an extensive customer services training course. |

Thank you for your feedback, however we are somewhat surprised with the tone of your comments as we understood that this matter was resolved to your satisfaction. We completed multiple deliveries to you successfully, however the last delivery included a length of channel drain that was damaged in transit. We offered to replace this free-of-charge or refund you in full for the damaged item. You requested a refund which we duly issued. 5 weeks later you contacted us by email to inquire about 1 more length of channel drain as you needed it to finish the job. We quoted you our standard terms for this new order, however this did not meet with your approval as you expected this length to be delivered carriage-paid. This of course was not economically viable given that we had already refunded the damaged item in full. The vast majority of our customers accept that occasionally issues beyond our control can occur and we do our very best to resolve these as quickly as possible. |
