Disappointed at the exorbitant surcharge fee £24.95 that was added to the sale as I hadn't spent over £100, which wasn't mentioned at Point of Sale, otherwise I would have purchased elsewhere and was only highlighted after the inovice had been raised. Delivery was automatically booked for Next Day... Read More. Disappointed at the exorbitant surcharge fee £24.95 that was added to the sale as I hadn't spent over £100, which wasn't mentioned at Point of Sale, otherwise I would have purchased elsewhere and was only highlighted after the inovice had been raised. Delivery was automatically booked for Next Day delivery (no alternative option) and arrived two days later. The product however arrived with no dents or damage so was ready to install.Overall disappointed with sales process, good product. |

In your shopping cart, it shows the £24.95 and prompts you to spend over £100 for free delivery. We have a comment section,... Read More. In your shopping cart, it shows the £24.95 and prompts you to spend over £100 for free delivery. We have a comment section, where you can stipulate a delivery day or you can phone us on our Freephone number if any of this is unclear. We try to make this a clear as possible in the simplest way we can.
