The Flexseal 6" Clay x 6" Plastic Flexible Adaptor has come with 1 metal fixing hose/clip missing, so this could not be used. I have tried to send email on their web site but it always come out with an error, so I have sent a direct email 2 times and received no response. | |

We agree! Feefo have come back to me and state they have an issue. If someone declines to comment on product, it automatically gives a negative review. They are working on getting this fixed. Thank you for time on the phone last week to highlight this problem for us and thank you for your continued business. |

Happy with the products but the delivery didn't came the same day for all items. Which was bit confusing. |

Yet again .... absolute dire delivery of 4 x broken pipes and 1 x broken chamber base unit.... It is quite obvious the delivery service is a careless firm who don't respect the people they work for or the customer the other end. This is not the first time these group of cheap jack delivery out fits have broken drainage materials. Whilst BPP replaced the broken items it is most unsatisfactory that in this day and age the White Van Driver still has his reputation as the most ` COULDNT GIVE A **** MATE -- IM JUST THR DRIVE ! |
