Easy to place an order and even though a couple of items were missing and one damaged, they were sent out the next day without any fuss. The prices are very competitive, and I wouldn't be looking any where else when I need to place another order. |

Ordered items on the Internet ok (Would of preferred to order over the phone), Paperwork follow up ok.... Delivery/Courier appalling - no given time of morning or afternoon (prefer to have morning or afternoon delivery option so your not waiting around all day) - delivery courier appalling - they lost 2... Delivery/Courier appalling - no given time of morning or afternoon (prefer to have morning or afternoon delivery option so your not waiting around all day) - delivery courier appalling - they lost 2 items, courier didn't report it and promised next day delivery which was not possible - BPP reacted upon my phone call and organised and they arrived another 24 hrs later causing a 48hr delay on the job and lost labour.BPP need a better systen to trace deliveries and lost items put in place. --- BPP need to look at another more reliable courier to back up their service. |

We do deliver the majority of our orders on our own transport, but, with the time and distance with your order , this needed to be on a carrier. The carrier we use have the best service record in our industry, but, have failed in your instance. Sometimes, they do get things wrong, like all carriers, but the measure is us dealing with your complaint and getting the goods re-dispatched to you as quickly as possible. Service from Build Plumb Plastics was good, website was easy to use. Prices are great. However you need to get a new courier. Service from them was shocking. Broken products and 4 or 5 day delayed !! |

Excellent After Sales service. Would not hesitate to use BP plastics again. The web feedback form: for items marked as excellent the form should accept blank entry into the text box. Expecting a 21 characters entries for all items irrespective of the star rating , almost deterred me from completing the feedback. I imagine several customers abandon this exercise due to this reason. Products - Good, except for: Good quality on all except for the 320mm round frame and cover which does not make a water tight seal with the chamber. I've retained product as my application does not require water tight fit Also for the the square cover, I'm uncertain if a ring (seal should have been provided) I've retained product as my application does not require water tight fit.
