Delivery Information


Build Plumb Plastics Ltd aims to give you the best customer experience in our industry. If you order online before 12:00 Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and your order is over £100 + VAT, we will aim to dispatch the same day for free next day delivery. Orders received after 12:00 will be processed the following working day. Should your requirement be urgent, please feel free to contact our Sales Team on 0800 999 7576 and we will do our utmost to help.

If your order is below £100 + VAT, we charge a £24.95 + VAT small order surcharge.

We will make delivery using our own transport (wherever possible) or a national courier company, alternatively some items may be delivered direct by the manufacturer. We will send you an email upon despatch to notify you of the delivery method.

To some destinations we are unable to deliver bulk items or pipe lengths exceeding 4.99m or =>250mm dia (including coiled pipe exceeding 1.1m dia)  or consigments over 80kg on a free next-day service. The lead time on these products can be up to 5 working days and an additional carriage charge may apply. 450mm and 600mm twinwall 6mtr lenghs are only available in a 40 miles radius of our branch. We will of course notify you immediately of any issues regarding your delivery.

Due to the increased cost of haulage Pallet loads or Pipe-Only orders may incur a £35 surcharge. To avoid incurring the Pipe-Only surcharge we recommend including a typical ratio of pipe fittings or other products.

Our standard delivery excludes some destinations, including PA, FK, KY, PH, KA, DD, AB and IV postcode areas, non-mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery to these locations can take longer and may be subject to an additional delivery charge. Please contact the Sales Team for a quote.

Free delivery applies to stocked products only, non-stock and special order products may be subject to additional delivery charges and extended delivery times.

Upon receipt of your delivery please check that you are signing for the correct number of parcels (as detailed on the drivers’ delivery note) and check that the goods are in an acceptable condition. Please ensure your delivery is checked while the driver is present and notify them of any shortages or damages. We recommend that you do not sign for goods as 'unchecked' as we cannot rectify any shortages or damages that have been signed for as 'received' as this invalidates the couriers insurance policy. 

We can accept the return of goods subject to certain terms. Please contact a member of the Sales Team should you wish to return any goods. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Refunds For Online Purchases

If you have ordered online and wish to return all or part of your online purchase, we're here to help.


For online orders you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return an item for a full refund. You have a further 14-days from the day you notify us to return the goods.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact the sales team by telephone.

Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item should be returned with your original invoice/receipt.

Non-stock items and special-orders are non-refundable.

We may accept returns after the 14-day period at our discretion.

We do not accept returns after 30-days from the day of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.

*Our returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and applies to individuals. Business customers may incur a restocking & processing charge up to 25% (or any other charges incurred) to receive and restock your returned items.


Your delivery should arrive well-packaged and in 'new' condition. Damaged items or shortages should be reported immediately and explicitly within seven days to the Sales Team upon receipt of your consignment.  We cannot rectify any disputes for damaged or missing items after 7-days from the day of delivery.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.

You will process your refund within 14-days of receiving the returned goods
