Purchased items and as I spent over £100 had free delivery. When the goods were delivered I found they had charged me £36 delivery "surcharge" - and that is not free delivery. Would have purchased elsewhere if I had known. |

The basket automatically applies the carriage charge if under £100.00 The carriage charge is shown on the basket and also shows you the total spend before you enter any personal details. It also further shows it on the delivery information. I cannot see how we can make it any more clearer. It may of been prudent to have spent a further £5.83 to avoid the deliver charge. I am sorry you have not found this clear, but, if you call us with your next purchase , we will offer a further discount as a gesture of goodwill. All the best. |

They are an excellent company to deal with ..however their choice of courier let's them down !!!! The driver blatantly lied about a delivery to me !! They said I had signed for goods then said it was someone in my garden " when it was raining" and i was the only one here !!! | |
