In respect of the delivery driver, we couldn't use our own fabulous drivers for this order as it was in North Lincolnshire and had to use an external courier. I have passed on your comments to them and having a grumpy driver is never a pleasant experience. Glad the goods were delivered on time . Excellent After Sales service. Would not hesitate to use BP plastics again. The web feedback form: for items marked as excellent the form should accept blank entry into the text box. Expecting a 21 characters entries for all items irrespective of the star rating , almost deterred me from completing the feedback. I imagine several customers abandon this exercise due to this reason. Products - Good, except for: Good quality on all except for the 320mm round frame and cover which does not make a water tight seal with the chamber. I've retained product as my application does not require water tight fit Also for the the square cover, I'm uncertain if a ring (seal should have been provided) I've retained product as my application does not require water tight fit. Yet again .... absolute dire delivery of 4 x broken pipes and 1 x broken chamber base unit.... It is quite obvious the delivery service is a careless firm who don't respect the people they work for or the customer the other end. It is quite obvious the delivery service is a careless firm who don't respect the people they work for or the customer the other end. This is not the first time these group of cheap jack delivery out fits have broken drainage materials. Whilst BPP replaced the broken items it is most unsatisfactory that in this day and age the White Van Driver still has his reputation as the most ` COULDNT GIVE A **** MATE -- IM JUST THR DRIVE ! |

I would have given 5* but one of the 100mm drain couplers was damaged. Delivery was prompt and staff were helpful (except for the one who sent the damaged coupler!) | |

They are an excellent company to deal with ..however their choice of courier let's them down !!!! The driver blatantly lied about a delivery to me !! They said I had signed for goods then said it was someone in my garden " when it was raining" and i was the only one here !!! | |
