Never come across this before, best avoided if you already have other pipe and fittings because they are not compatible with any other brand I've ever used. absolutely the last time I ever use this company. Their customer service is a total disgrace and their attitude is purely based on them making as much money for themselves. I politely showed them that some of their items were over-priced compared to direct competators and their opinion is go elsewhere... Read More. absolutely the last time I ever use this company. I politely showed them that some of their items were over-priced compared to direct competators and their opinion is go elsewhere then which is exactly what i will do and I will tell all the many builder friends I have to do the same. The wally serving me basically new nothing either so unless I went and checked it myself, he had no idea one part from the next. |

It would have been nice for you to include that we delivered your goods the next working day and then allowed you to come to our shop and exchange your delivery with no restocking charge as you ordered them incorrectly.The item you asked was below our cost, so yes we couldn't sell you an item below our cost, as if we did, we wouldn't be in business. I wouldn't say we try and make as much money for ourselves as you state, but, yes, we do try and make a profit. We would be delighted to accept that you will be shopping elsewhere. To assist you in this matter, we will happily delete your account and exclude your IP address , just in case you need plastic drainage delivered next day at a very competitive price and then want to return the goods.
