Q. Why are you so competitive?

A. We buy directly off the manufacturers, unlike most other online stores, that buy off other builders merchants.

Q. Are my personal and credit card details safe when ordering online?

A. Yes. We use RBS worldpay, a trusted and secure system for online ordering

 Q. When should I expect to receive my delivery?

A. All orders for stock items received before 1200  Mon-Fri will be despatched the same day and recieved next working day.After 1200 or weekend orders will generally be dispatched the following working day. You can track your order online www.apc-overnight.com

Q. Is there a minimum order value?
A. Although we do not specify a minimum order, there is a carriage charge of £10.00 payable for any order under £75 (exclusive of VAT). Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £75 (exclusive of VAT). Please note, when ordering pipe without the correct correlation of fittings(ratio to pipe) they will be an extra delivery charge, based on volume/weight.

Q. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
A. Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter delivery details on the address page of the checkout.

Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. Your order will be delivered either on our own transport or by a national carrier. In some remote locations the carrier may use a more local contractor.

Q. Will I need to sign for my delivery?
A. All deliveries should be signed for - if a signature cannot be obtained we will endeavour to leave the goods in a safe location but we cannot accept any claims for shortages or damages where no signature has been obtained. 

Q. What if I have ordered the incorrect fittings?
A. If you have made an error with your order, just arrange to return the goods for a full refund provided they arrive back to us in their original condition. For non-stock items that have been ordered specially for you we may need to raise a re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Q. Do you offer a discount for larger orders?
A. Yes. Orders between £250-£500 (exc. VAT) qualify for an additional 2.5%, increasing to 5% between £500 and £1000 and 7.5% for all orders over £1000.

Q. Are your products covered by a guarantee?
A. All of our products are manufactured to exacting standards, and most are either BBA accredited or made to the relevant British or European Standard. We will be happy to provide details of the manufacturers of the guarantee on any specific product or range on application.
